This is a network installer: the file itself weighs about as much as a photo and pulls the rest during installation. The wizard detects your graphics card on its own and picks the build for your hardware - the lighter one for the processor, or the full one for an NVIDIA card, which computes much faster.
The download can be paused and resumed - the server serves files in parts, so a dropped connection does not send you back to the start.
Windows will show a SmartScreen warning because the installer is not signed with a certificate - one costs a few hundred euros a year, and the program is free. Click "More info", then "Run anyway". The checksum below is there so you do not have to take my word for it.
