A system for running podiatry clinics - already online, in final polish.
Patients book their own appointments at any hour. The clinic gets the schedule, records, photos, invoices, inventory and staff in one place. The system reminds the patient about the visit and lets them confirm it with one tap. Everything works the same on a computer and on a phone. The online version runs on test data: clinics, specialists and visits are all sample data, so you can safely see how it works.

About the system
PODIVO is my own product: the idea, the design and the whole build happened here, with nobody commissioning it. The system already runs online and you can see it live - on test data, while I put the final polish on it before onboarding the first clinics. I show it for two reasons. First, if you run a clinic, this might be exactly what you are looking for - write to me if you want to be among the first. Second, if you want me to build something similar for you, this is proof I take a product from idea to a working system, not just from one mockup to the next.
What the system does for a clinic
Online booking around the clock
The patient finds the clinic, picks a specialist and a free slot, and the visit lands in the schedule straight away. Nobody has to answer the phone at ten in the evening.
A schedule the whole team can see
Appointments, working hours and room availability in one calendar. A change made by one person shows up for everyone else immediately.
Patient records without binders
Medical history, consents, past visits and photos in one place. All of it a few seconds away, including when a patient comes back a year later.
A treatment card you draw on
The specialist marks findings directly on a foot diagram, with a finger on a tablet or with a mouse. Documentation happens during the treatment, not after hours.
Reminders that cut empty slots
The system sends the reminder itself and lets the patient confirm with one tap. The clinic knows in advance who is actually coming.
Invoices and settlements
The invoice is created from the visit, with no retyping. Payment history and documents sit where you look for them, next to the patient.
Inventory and sterilization under control
Stock levels, usage and instrument sterilization cycles kept in the system. During an inspection you open a tab instead of hunting for a notebook.
Staff and permissions
Everyone sees exactly what they should. Reception does not browse medical records, and a specialist does not have to ask anyone for access to their own schedule.
Statistics that actually say something
How many visits, how many cancellations, what sells, who is booked out. Numbers for decisions, not charts for the sake of charts.
A phone app and live support
Both the clinic and the patient get an app, not just a website. When something breaks you write to me from inside the system and get an answer from the person who wrote it.
I take patient data seriously
Medical documentation is kept separately from business data and reachable only by people the clinic grants access to. That is not a setting to switch on, it is how the system was built from day one. Backups run every day.
Plans grow with the practice
From a free starter plan, through a single specialist, up to a chain of clinics with no limits. Paid monthly, or cheaper up front for a year, with no two-year contracts and no setup fee. Payments are switched off during testing.
